No, but have beautiful built-in appliances.

Will parking be provided to residents?

Yes, parking is limited.

Are families welcome?

How do I know if I am eligible to rent one of the affordable apartments?

Guidelines are based by unit size, family size and income. Staff is available to review your income, please complete the Interest Form.

Can students rent the affordable apartments?

Yes. We welcome all that qualify.

How do I get placed on the interest list?

We will hold a lottery in October 2024. Please complete the Interest List to be included

Who will be managing the property?

On-site professional property management is conducted by the John Stewart Company.

Fair housing is at the heart of all we do, all applications are time stamped.
